Leslie is a global governance, risk and compliance professional, Chartered Accountant, internal auditor and trainer with 30 years’ international financial services experience.

A former Global Chief Internal Auditor for a major bank, he has led and delivered multi-jurisdiction engagements across 35 countries and territories, including all major international finance centres (New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo).

Leslie is known for translating complex regulatory and governance requirements into clear operating models, effective assurance, and training that changes behaviour. He brings a pragmatic, stakeholder-focused style suited to boards, executives and frontline teams.
